($100) *Sat 2 Feb 1 - 5pm* Inspired by Intaglio: workshop by Kelly Reedy Learn drypoint etching and chine collé (collage) and explore how materials and meaning merge creatively. ($100) *Sat 26 Jan : Studio Tutorials \| 10am - 5pm* On the last Saturday of the month, STPI's Guest Workshop print studio is available for independent printmaking. A technician will be on duty. 	Sat 12 April : STPI 6th Anniversary Open House *Free Demonstrations 10 - 4pm (closed 12 - 1pm)* Have a go at woodblock, silkscreen, lithography, etching or papermaking demonstrations at our annual Open House. Fun for all the family! Kid's workshop by Isabelle Desjeux 11 - 1pm Parents with kids, drop by for a free 20min activity based on Sunaryo. *Sats 19 & 26 April, 3 May 10 - 4pm* The Organic Print: 3 workshops by Marisa Keller Create prints using natural materials and non-toxic methods. 	*Sat 17 May 2.30pm* Exhibtion walkthrough by Emi Eu & Eitaro Ogawa on Matisse Prints *Sats 24 & 31 May 10am - 5pm* Stone Lithography: workshop by Eitaro Ogawa STPI chief printer Eitaro Ogawa introduces stone lithography, which was invented in 1798 and actively used today. ($300) Holiday Fun with Matisse KIDS, come by for some printmaking madness with Isabelle Desjeux! *Sat 24 May 2 - 4pm* Matisse Collage and Paper Prints Make your own large and colourful prints, reminiscent of Matisse's papier collés. ($60) *Sat 14 June 2 - 4pm* Daddy and Me: Father's Day Design and print a T-shirt for yourself and Dad using silkscreen. ($80 per pair) *Sat 28 June 2 - 5pm* Jazz: Make your own Matisse Book A printmaking workshop based on the famous 1947 illustrated book by Matisse. ($10) Sat 24 Nov 1 - 5pm Painting a Story 1-day workshop by Kelly Reedy. Participants use paper, paint, cloth and silkscreen to create their own narrative scrolls, based on the traditional techniques from West Bengal.
